My son peter has enlisted in the Air Force.  He left on Tuesday and we have not heard from him yet.  I am sure that he is doing good but I miss him.   He has six weeks of boot camp and then ten months of tech. school in Mississippe.  I am going to go to his graduation the end of May.  I can't wait.

I applied for a new position at the bank and I got it.  I applied on Tuesday, set up and iterview on Wednesday, interviewed on Thursday, and received a call on Friday to say it was mine if I wanted it.

I will be working in the back office closing loans.  I am so excited. 

I never thought that I would hear back so fast.

I am going to miss all of my customers but will enjoy the new challange.

My husband Tom and I went out the other night.  We were at the club with some friends when two  couples came in.  I new the guys but did not know there girl friends.  One of the girls got into some heave discusions with a couple of the guys for a bit.  A while later and quite a few others had left this girl came down to talk with me.  The conversation let to tatoos and when she told me that she had two of them.  I asked what they were and the next thing I new she had her pants down and right in the center of her but cheek was this very colorful unicorn.  Can you imagine! She then got herself together and she started telling me how beautiful I am and that when she gets to be my age she hopes she looks as good.  I'm 50 years old and she's 19.  Oh well, by this time my husband comes on over and she says to him that I look like that I'm high maintence.  Tom said no way that I am so very down to earth and that she didn't know what she was talking about.  She then told him that I was all hers that night.  Well we left and the next day we had a childrens Christmas party to put on.  After the party we all got together at the club and the conversation turned to the night before about this girl that we all met.  I was then told that she was trying to pick me up for a threesome with her boyfriend. 

When we were telling the kids about it Mauara (my daughter) said that I should put it in my blog so I hope you all enjoy.

 

 

Maura and I went shopping this morning.  We were at Kohl's at 5am and out by 6.  We then went to Walmart, Target and Home depot and then out for pancakes.

When we got home I helped Tom put up Christmas lights on the house.  We had lots of fun.

Maura (my daughter) and I are going out shopping.  I am picking her up before 5am so that we can be at the first store by 5 for when they open.   We should have lots of fun.
